Coordinate Measuring Machine 3D

Our advanced technology, the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) 3D, significantly enhances the precision of your aircraft engine maintenance. With its capability to meticulously measure and analyze components in 3D, we ensure the accuracy of parts, mitigate risks, and effectively extend

the lifespan of aircraft engines, ultimately achieving superior safety

and flight performance.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

Engine Overhaul

We specialize in Engine Overhaul services, currently offering

comprehensive overhaul capabilities for the CF6-80C2 engine.

We are also expanding our expertise, with Engine Overhaul for

LEAP-1A projected to be available in 2027.

All LRU or QEC replacement

We provide efficient Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) and

Quick Engine Change (QEC) replacements. LRU replacement

involves swift swapping of modular engine components for rapid return

to service, while QEC replacement allows for expedited entire engine assembly changes.

Remove & Install Module Assembly

We offer expert Module Assembly Removal & Installation services.

This involves the precise and efficient uncoupling and recoupling of major engine modules (e.g., fan, compressor, turbine sections) for targeted repair, overhaul, or replacement.

SB application

We perform Service Bulletin (SB) applications to ensure your aircraft

and engines are updated, compliant, and operating at peak performance. We meticulously execute these manufacturer-issued modifications, inspections, or repairs to enhance safety, reliability, and efficiency, minimizing operational disruption.

Engine Change

Ensuring the swift and safe removal of an existing engine and installation
