NDT Inspection

At the forefront of aviation safety and reliability, our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspection services are paramount. NDT allows us to thoroughly examine critical aircraft components, including engines, airframes, and structural elements, for hidden defects without causing any damage to the part. This ensures the continued airworthiness and operational safety of your aircraft, preventing minor issues from escalating into major problems.

Our highly trained and certified NDT technicians utilize a range of advanced techniques, adhering strictly to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. We provide detailed analysis and reporting to give you a clear picture of your asset's condition.

Our NDT Inspection Methods

  • Penetrant Testing (PT): A method that uses a liquid to detect surface-breaking defects in materials. FPI
  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): Detects surface and near-surface flaws in ferromagnetic materials. MPI
  • Eddy Current Testing (ET) Including Conductivity Measurement: Detects surface and near-surface flaws in conductive materials.
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Including Phase Array: High-frequency sound waves to detect flaws and measure the thickness of materials. Ultrasonic Testing
  • Radiographic Testing / Film Method (RT): X-rays to detect internal flaws in materials. By passing radiation through the material and capturing the image on film.
  • Thermography Testing (TT): Uses infrared cameras to detect and map temperature variations on the surface of objects.
